In a nutshell, the overall goal of FMCNA is to improve the lives of children attending childcare centers in the Florence and Marion counties of South Carolina.
We strive to achieve this goal through several missions, including:
Encouraging group members to view their childcare centers as businesses that enrich children’s lives rather than simple day-care centers. Our members are committed to implementing an “education-first” philosophy into how they run their individual centers.
Educating childcare providers on the latest national research and trends in early childhood development with the goal of providing children in their care a strong educational foundation upon which future growth can occur.
Improving networking opportunities amongst providers to encourage the sharing of ideas and business-development strategies.
We are always accepting applications for childcare providers to join our association– if you are interested in becoming a part of FMCNA, please fill out our online application.
